Stanleykorshak.com accepts the following for online purchases:
PayPal (Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to pay via Paypal)
Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Sales tax will be applied only to orders shipped within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applied to shipping charges. Customers residing outside the State of Texas will not be charged sales tax at the time of the transaction but are responsible for use tax within their state of residence.
Web orders are processed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 2:00pm (CST). Any orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your processed order to be shipped. (These are estimates and can vary)
We ship FedEx and UPS and offer 3 shipping options within the United States: Standard Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be shipped Overnight Next Day Air.

Follow the checkout process, and choose pickup in store as the option instead of shipping. We will email you when your purchase is ready for pick up and where or we can bring out to your car.

International customers will be directed to pay through Paypal using either their Paypal account, debit, or credit card. Please follow the directions at checkout. We ship Fedex International and offer 2 shipping options: FedEx International Economy (typically 6-8 business days, $40) and FedEx International Priority (2-4 business days, $70).
Canadian customers benefit from reduced international shipping via Fedex. Canadian International Economy (typically 5-7 business days) is $15 and Canadian International Priority (1-3 business days) is $40.
Customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. We are unable to deliver to UPS, FedEx or P.O. boxes. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

We do not ship to forwarding shipping service addresses unless they are the verified PayPal address.
We are unable to ship to Mexico and Russia at this time.
Under certain circumstances we reserve the right to require that purchases be shipped to the same address as the billing. This requirement is for the customer's protection as well as that of Stanley Korshak. Stanley Korshak also reserves the right to require a signature release on all items that are shipped. We reserve the right to restrict expedited orders for first time customers. We also reserve the right to restrict expedited order when the shipping address is different from the billing address. We do not ship to hotels or forwarding service addresses.
At this time we are only able to ship to a single address per transaction. If you wish to send to multiple addresses, you will need to either complete a separate order for each individual address or call 855.479.9539 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (central standard time). We will be happy to accommodate your special request.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. Unwashed, unworn, regular price merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Some conditions may apply:
Merchandise should be returned within 14 days of receipt, include the vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned. These conditions do not apply to merchandise purchased during online or in-store sale promotions.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the processing of your return.
Returns for orders placed through the website will be credited to the card used upon check out. You will receive email confirmation when your return has been processed. To return a phone order, you will need to provide the original credit card number and expiration date in order to receive a refund. Please email email@example.com or call 855.479.9539 to process your phone order return. If tracking information indicates your return has been received by Stanley Korshak; please expect 2 to 3 weeks for the processing of your return. Calling after your package has been delivered WILL NOT expedite your refund.
Gifts can be returned within 14 days for store credit. For exchanges or gift returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 855.479.9539.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Stanley Korshak or stanleykorshak.com. In addition, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on excessive returns.
Online Sale, Online Clearance, Sample Sale, Final Sale, and Discontinued Merchandise:
Merchandise purchased online must be mailed for return within 7 days of receipt to receive a refund. Merchandise should include the vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached. In store purchases marked final sale cannot be returned. No price adjustments on sale merchandise. Sale merchandise will be returned at the current markdown price. Sale items held longer than 7 days are final sale and cannot be returned. Merchandise purchased during online and in-store sale promotions are considered as sale merchandise, and will be refunded according to the conditions outlined in this section.
**Final sale items are non-returnable and non refundable.
Fragrance and cosmetics:
Returns must be unused, unopened, in original packaging,and mailed within 14 days for a credit or exchange to be issued.
Personalized orders, special orders and undergarments are non-returnable.
You are responsible for your return shipping fees and may use your preferred mail service. On the packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Any merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund at the store. Please note: When a gift is returned, a Stanley Korshak merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card can be used for future purchases in the store.
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Please call 855.479.9539 to determine order status. To cancel it, please have your order number ready. Cancelation does not apply to special order items.
Merchandise & Availability
Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered. We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution or cancellation. We may also be able re-order the item from the vendor and ship it to you within a reasonable period of time. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error. In the case that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order or to limit quantities ordered.
