Her work has recently been chosen by the Obama administration as an American Designer of note and designs by Patricia von Musulin have been given to world leaders as Presidential gifts. Her work has been featured in international advertising campaigns, countless magazines, as well as "on the runway." Estee Lauder,Elizabeth Arden, Lancôme,Victoria's Secret, Absolute Vodka,Gap,andothers have used her accessories in their advertising. Her work has appeared editorially in many magazines: Vogue, German Vogue, Italian Vogue, French Vogue, Vogue Taiwan, Harpers Bazaar , Harper's Bazaar en Espanol, Numero, Flair, Cosmopolitan, Cosmopolitan en Espanol, Town and Country, Vibe, Latina, Essence, "W" Magazine, Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Elle, Elle Décor, Forbes Magazine, American Express Departure Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler, to name just a few.

Patricia von Musulin'searly career, prior to her involvement with fashion, was in the field of industrial design. Clients included "The Metropolitan Museum of Art", for whom she created many of the reproductions of objects for the "King Tut " show,as well as Pierre Cardin for whom she designed an automobile. She also had the privilege to work closely with the famous scientist and art restorer, Gustav Berger. Her work is in the permanent collections of "The Metropolitan Museum of Art", "The Boston Museum of Fine Arts", "The National Museum of American History of the Smithsonian Institution" as well as "The Museum at the Fashion institute of Technology". Although Patricia von Musulin lives a very international lifestyle, at home in Istanbul or Prague as much as New York, all of her designs are manufactured in New York City.
