Jewelry Designer LoLo Jewels (Stephanie Curtis)
Stephanie Curtis (LoLo Jewels) moved to California and worked as a make-up artist for ten years including working for Fred Segal in Los Angeles. She got her start in 2003 as a jewelry designer when she began modifying vintage jewelry and modernizing it for herself. The buyers at Fred Segal noticed the employees buying her jewelry and decided to carry it in the store. Soon, other stores were eager to get their hands on Stephanie Curtis' one of a kind designs, and in time, LoLo Jewels, came to be in over 150 stores globally, and she started designing jewelry full time.
With customers like Kirsten Dunst, Kira Nightly, Mary Kate and Ashley Olen, Dayna Devon, Jessica Simpson, Daisy Fuentes, Lisa Bonet and others her status as a successful designer has been firmly established. Her jewelry has also been in several different print magazines like Lucky Magazine, Modern Luxury, FD Luxe, and Paper City, and she was featured on EXTRA as a "Hot New Designer."
Stephanie Curtis' jewelry has now evolved and she works with many different stones and her most popular pieces are the real leaves dipped in gold. Stephanie's style tends to be about turning nature into something glamorous and all her materials are real, including her beautiful preserved butterflies and flowers trimmed in gold.
