Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.

Shipping

Web orders will be processed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 3:00pm (CST). The last pick up for shipment is 3:00 pm (CST). Any orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. We ship UPS and offer 3 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. You may inquire about international shipping (including Canda; however, customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be shipped Overnight Next Day Air. For alternate shipping arrangements, please contact onlineorders@stanleykorshak.com or call 214.871.3720. For time sensitive purchases, please contact Travis Skow 214.871.3720 or Joanna Lewis 214.871.3719 to verify availability and to ensure shipping expedition. Customers will not receive notification of shipment or tracking information unless specifically requested. Customers may receive shipping and tracking information by emailing onlineorders@stanleykorshak.com.

The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Additional Addresses
At this time we are only able to ship to a single address per transaction. If you wish to send to multiple addresses, you will need to either complete a separate order for each individual address or call 214.871.3720 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (central standard time). We will be happy to accommodate your special request.

International Orders
Our shopping bag is currently configured for users who are billing and shipping their orders to the United States. However, we are more than happy to work with our International shoppers in two ways.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Unwashed, unworn, merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Some conditions may apply:

Regular Merchandise:
Merchandise should be returned within 7 days of receipt, include the vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items mailed later than 7 days after receipt might be subject to a reduced refund. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the processing of your return. 

Returns for orders placed through the website will be credited to the card used at check out. You will receive email confirmation when your return has been processed. To return a phone order, you will need to provide the original credit card number and expiration date in order to receive a refund. Please contact Travis Skow at onlineorders@stanleykorshak.com or call 214.871.3720 to process your phone order return.

Fragrance and cosmetics:
Returns must be unused, unopened, in original packaging,and mailed within 7 days for a credit or exchange to be issued.

Online Sale, Online Clearance, Sample Sale, and Discontinued Merchandise:
Merchandise purchased online must be mailed for return within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. In store purchases marked final sale cannot be returned.

Personalized orders and special orders are non-returnable.

By Mail:
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another Stanley Korshak purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

In Store:
Any merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund at the store. Please note: When a gift is returned, a Stanley Korshak merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card can be used for future purchases in the store.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Please 214-871-3720 to determine order status; to cancel it, please have your order number ready.

Merchandise & Availability

Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site (or it may have been in your persistent shopping cart). We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution or cancellation. We may also be able re-order the item from the vendor and ship it to you within a reasonable period of time.Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error. Many items are available only in very limited quantities and will be identified as such. In the case that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days of order placement. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

Credit Card Use

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.

At stanleykorshak.com, you may purchase Stanley Korshak Gift Cards® (in the form of a plastic credit-card style). Gift Cards may be used for online purchases by emailing onlineorders@stanleykorshak.com.
