Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.

Shipping

Web orders will be processed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am-4:00pm (CST). The last pick up for shipment is 4:00 pm (CST). Any orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. We ship UPS insured and offer 3 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. You may inquire about international shipping; however, customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped second day. For alternate shipping arrangements, please contact travis@stanleykorshak.com or call 214.871.3720. For time sensitive purchases, please contact Travis Skow at(214) 871-3720 to verify availability and to ensure shipping expedition. Customers will not receive notification of shipment or tracking information unless specifically requested. The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Additional Addresses
At this time we are only able to ship to a single address per transaction. If you wish to send to multiple addresses, you will need to either complete a separate order for each individual address or call 214.871.3720 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (central standard time). We will be happy to accommodate your special request.

International Orders

Our shopping bag is currently configured for users who are billing and shipping their orders to the United States. However, we are more than happy to work with our International shoppers in two ways.

Returns & Exchanges

Special orders are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in original/unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned prepaid and insured to stanleykorshak.com. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Discontinued and Sample Sale Items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Since credit card transactions are handled through a third party and not Stanley Korshak; you will need to supply the original credit card number and expiration date in order to credit your card. All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

By Mail
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another Stanley Korshak purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

In Store
Any merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund at the store.  Please note: When a gift is returned, a Stanley Korshak merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card can be used for future purchases in the store.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Please call toll-free 1-800-972-5959 to determine order status; to cancel it, please have your order number ready.

Merchandise & Availability

Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site (or it may have been in your persistent shopping cart). We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution, or cancellation. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error. Many items are available only in very limited quantities and will be identified as such. In the case that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days of order placement. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
