Sister-in-laws and Co-Founders of Isharya, Gauri and Radhika Tandon, created a globally accepted luxury jewelry collection, inspired by their Indian heritage. They combine Indian techniques with unique modern materials. Gauri and Radhika simply blend Western and Eastern trends by creating something unique for the modern woman.

In late December 2004, Isharya was launched. It became a collection of semi-precious, resin, and wood jewelry. The name of Gauri and Radhika's collection was a combining of their children's names, Ishann Armaan and Arya.

What started as making custom designs of fine Indian jewels for their friends and family, Isharya is now one of the most internationally acknowledged Indian inspired luxury jewelry brands today. It wasn't until the year 2007 when Isharya began to turn the heads of well-known retailers, fashion editors, and stars. Isharya now has many celebrity clienteles, including: Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Hudson, Drew Barrymore, Emily Blunt, and Jessica Simpson.
